BuyersClarity ("we", "us") operates buyersclarity.com. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

1. Data We Collect

• Anonymous user ID: A randomly generated ID stored in your browser's localStorage to track your task completions. This is not linked to your name or email.
• Payout information: If you request a payout, you voluntarily provide a UPI ID, PayPal email, or select an Amazon Gift Card. This is used solely to process your payment.
• Usage data: Standard web logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) collected automatically by our hosting provider (Netlify).

2. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may collect data independently:

• CPAlead (cpalead.com) — Displays affiliate offers. Subject to CPAlead's own privacy policy.
• ProPush.me — Push notification subscription service. Subject to ProPush.me's privacy policy.
• Netlify — Hosting provider. Collects standard server logs.

3. Cookies and Local Storage

We use localStorage (not cookies) to store your anonymous user ID. Third-party services (CPAlead, ProPush.me) may set their own cookies. You can clear these at any time via your browser settings.

4. How We Use Your Data

• To track your task completions and credit your earnings
• To process payout requests
• To improve the Site and diagnose technical issues

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share your anonymous user ID with CPAlead to attribute task completions to your account. We share payout details (UPI/PayPal/email) only with the payment processor needed to complete your withdrawal.

6. Your Rights (GDPR / India PDPB)

You have the right to request deletion of any personally identifiable data we hold. Email support@buyersclarity.com and we will respond within 30 days.
