By accessing or using BuyersClarity ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. How It Works

BuyersClarity displays third-party affiliate offers ("Tasks"). When you complete a Task, we receive a commission from the advertiser and share a portion of that commission with you as a reward. Task availability, payouts, and requirements are set by third-party advertisers and may change without notice.

3. Prohibited Use

You agree NOT to:

• Complete tasks using fake, automated, or bot-driven methods
• Create multiple accounts or use multiple devices to complete the same task
• Use VPNs or proxy services to spoof your location
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the Site
• Use the Site for any illegal purpose

Violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any pending earnings.

4. Earnings and Payouts

Earnings are credited after the advertiser verifies task completion. This may take up to 7 days. Minimum payout is ₹100 / $1.20 USD. We reserve the right to withhold payouts if we suspect fraudulent activity. Payouts are processed manually within 24 hours of a valid request.

5. Disclaimer

BuyersClarity is not responsible for third-party advertiser content, the quality of advertised products or services, or any losses resulting from completing Tasks. The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
